How to Get Notarized

We offer free Notary Public Services to our Parkland residents

Only documents in English can be notarized at the Parkland Community Library at this time.  In the event that the document, customer or circumstances of the request for Notary Service raises any issue of authenticity, ambiguity, or uncertainty for the Library we have the right to decline providing this service.

How do I make a Notary appointment?

  • Call 610.398.1361 x22
  • Email jackd@parklandlibrary.org
  • Please make your appointment ahead of time to ensure that our Notary is available.
  • Please bring your Photo ID.

How do I get a witness?

  • You must bring a witness who personally knows the person whose document is being notarized.
  • Your witness must bring a Photo ID.
  • We do not provide witnesses.
  • You may not solicit our community members to be a witness at our library.

Can I notarize documents not in English?

  • We currently only notarize documents in English.

When can a Notary service be declined?
